Mother's Day was so wonderful. I am so blessed!!Ben and I went to Dallas Thursday night for a 'Straight No Chaser' concert. If you haven't heard of them, google and you tube...they are fantastic. 10 guys who sing accapella....
It was a fun night out and we came back on Friday to see David ride his new cadillac that mom and dad got him. It is amazing how well he rides that thing!
Mother's Day was church, Dixie Diner with 4 generations of my family...Mur, Mom, Shanna, me, her son Zach and my son David...plus Ben and dad.
Great gifts with fun cards...I especially like one of Ben's cards to me that sings, "Ain't no woman like the one I got..." ;)
Our new furniture has found it's new home in our living room along with our new tv with one of my mother's day gifts...Guitar Hero...oh yea.
Summer outside projects have begun and our new deck is on the way....the new Gracie fence is done, flowers are planted and the tiller is working well for new beds around the mailbox and backyard.
David is growing up so fast...talking all the time....he was jumping on mom's mini trampoline at her house today and he stopped and said, "Did you hear something?"
He also sang the entire song of "Twinkle, Twinkle little star" and his ABC's...with me helping...:)
